Introducing the Team

Our Far North team is led by owner Andrew Ritchie, who will work alongside you, turning your ideas into your dream build. Andrew prides himself on a relationship first approach, building trust through making strong connections and having integrity in everything he does.

Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in the Construction Industry and is a Licensed Building practitioner. His advancement from site to running jobs and now in 2023 the Director of Navigation Homes Far North

Over the course of Andrew’s career, he has acquired extensive leadership and management experience combined with technical knowledge in a wide spectrum of construction projects and project management.

When it comes to building your new home, we take pride in what we do. Andrew is a hands-on project manager and will be personally involved in your build. He is also supported by a great team of qualified and experienced tradespeople, who have been working with Navigation Homes Far North since 2013.

Every home comes with the assurance of a 10-year Master Builder’s Standard Guarantee. You also have the security of working with a well-respected group home builder.

Whether you have built before or this is your first build, we will guide you through the process to ensure you are kept informed and enjoy the experience of building with Navigation Homes.
