Navigation Homes Counties is a small but highly productive team, led by owner Nathan, who began his building career at 17 years old. With hands-on industry experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship, Nathan purchased the Navigation Homes Counties franchise in 2017, bringing a strong foundation of practical knowledge and leadership to the business.

With in-house drafting and our own dedicated building crew, we maintain full control over every stage of the build — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional results. We believe building a home should be exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we focus on simplifying the process, offering clear communication, great quality workmanship, and fair, transparent pricing.

I'm extremely happy with the house, settling in nicely thanks. I found you and all of Navigation were great to work with the whole way through. Coming in I was unsure of what I really wanted, but seeing the plans you had and being able to modify to suit was really helpful. I found Lewis to be very good, managed the project well and coordinated your own contractors well as well as accommodating me on things I had organised myself. Buildertrend is a great app. Having everything centralised in one place is very handy, and getting the photo updates was always exciting. Kelly and the office staff were always great as well, any request or question I had was sorted promptly. Finding out the week I was moving in the hob was unable to be rebated after it was signed off in the addendum was frustrating, but I appreciated that Lewis went to the kitchen company to get something out of it for me. Also with the original kitchen plans not suiting the house design and my fridge I purchased not fitting, it could've been an issue, but you guys took care of it with no stress on my end which again was good service. Overall I'm very happy with the experience. It went smoothly, and I'm thrilled with how the house turned out.

We've just moved into our new home in Clevedon thanks to the Navigation Counties team and we are so pleased with their work. Our new home consultant, Virginia, was very supportive and helped us to refine our wishlist into the ideal plan. Our project manager, Kodi, was precise, reliable and went the extra mile on multiple occasions which we really appreciated. We were given ample flexibility throughout to make the build work the way we wanted it to, and all at a reasonable cost without compromising on quality.
